Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and improve technical solutions while mentoring junior engineers. You will play a key role in delivering quality projects on time and helping solve complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test technical solutions based on business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and operations. Review code and provide guidance to junior engineers. Help improve engineering processes and practices. Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery. Keep up-to-date with new technologies and share knowledge with the team. Required Skills and Qualifications: 35 years of experience in software development or engineering. Strong knowledge of [mention relevant technologies/languages, e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.]. Experience with software development tools and version control (e.g., Git). Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience mentoring or leading junior engineers.
