We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in metal melting, furnace or foundry operations. The ideal candidate will have exposure to large-scale metal plants and be comfortable working with sizable teams and heavy metal handling processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the charging of metals and handling of metal pieces in large volumes.
Coordinate and work effectively with a team of 25+ members in a fast-paced production environment.
Ensure smooth operations in metal melting processes, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely production targets are met.
Maintain equipment and ensure optimal performance to avoid downtime.
Strong understanding of metal charging processes, furnace operations, and safe material handling.
