As a Sr. Drupal Developer at Cvent, you will work both as an individual contributor and a team member to establish a strong partnership between the IT and Marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with both teams to facilitate technical design based on approved functional requirements, designing and implementing new features and functionalities, assisting in design sessions, and providing support during testing. You will also be responsible for establishing and guiding the website's architecture, ensuring high performance and availability, working closely with front-end developers and customers to create effective and visually appealing implementations, and creating and maintaining training and support materials. To be successful in this position, you will need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with 4-6 years of experience in developing web solutions in Drupal 9/10 and PHP implementations in a LAMP environment. Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, jQuery, Acquia Site Studio, and architecting enterprise Drupal solutions is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with PHP, OOPs, the Drupal theme layer, creating custom Drupal modules, versioning tools like GIT and SVN, working with REST API, JSON API, GraphQL module in Drupal, Drush, Drupal API, CDN concepts, and a thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and exposure to Agile methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required for this role.,
