Job Description

As an ideal candidate for the position, you will be responsible for supporting basic network setup, device configuration, and troubleshooting connectivity issues under the guidance of senior engineers. You will also monitor basic security events, support user access management, and assist in enforcing standard security policies under supervision. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting basic wireless connectivity setup, assisting in access point configuration, and troubleshooting common WLAN connectivity issues under supervision. Moreover, you will support basic VoIP phone setup, assist in user provisioning, and help troubleshoot common call connectivity issues under supervision.
