Senior Engineer - BT HOST

Qualcomm India Private Limited is looking for a Software Engineer to join their Engineering Group. As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and validating embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs. Your work will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge products that exceed customer needs. You will collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions and gather information on performance requirements and interfaces. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. The role specifically involves software design and development of Bluetooth Host for Qualcomm Bluetooth devices. You will be actively involved in developing new BT profiles for the latest Bluetooth specification and future products for Mobiles, Wearables, IoE, and Automotive markets. Additionally, you will support existing feature porting/integration and provide customer support and maintenance. Collaboration with systems and cross-functional teams is essential to ensure the delivery of quality software following established development processes. Required qualifications include 3-6 years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, etc. Preferred qualifications include strong experience and proficiency in C++/Java programming for embedded platforms, understanding of networking protocol stacks, familiarity with mobile development, and experience in real-time operating systems.
