Senior Electrical Draughtsman - Thermal Power Plant

As an electrical engineer at tatacons02, your role involves creating and revising various electrical drawings for thermal power plant systems. You will collaborate with project engineers to understand system requirements and produce detailed CAD drawings. Your responsibilities include preparing layouts for power distribution, switchyards, control panels, transformers, lighting, and earthing systems. Additionally, you will develop as-built drawings, maintain revision logs, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Supporting in preparing BOQs, wiring diagrams, and cable tray routing plans is also part of your key responsibilities. Qualifications required for this position include: - Full-time Diploma in Electrical Key Responsibilities: - Create and revise electrical drawings such as single line diagrams (SLDs), cable schedules, control schematics, panel wiring diagrams, and earthing layouts for thermal power plant systems. - Collaborate with project engineers to understand electrical system requirements and translate them into precise CAD drawings. - Prepare detailed layouts for power distribution, switchyards, control panels, transformers, lighting, and earthing systems. - Develop as-built drawings, maintain revision logs, and ensure documentation accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. - Support in preparing BOQs, wiring diagrams, and cable tray routing plans.
