Senior Educator (Training)

You will be working as a Senior Educator in Education & Competency Development based in Bangalore. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering in-person and virtual trainings effectively to enhance managerial and talent excellence within the organization. You will also be responsible for designing end-to-end world-class eLearning and live learning programs to align with organizational priorities. Additionally, you should have knowledge of learning & development processes, methods, and best practices, as well as familiarity with LMS, E-learning platforms, Authoring Tools like Articulate, Captivate, Data Analytics, and BI tools. As a Senior Educator, you will be involved in anchoring the behind-the-scenes operations of learning programs and providing strong liaison and support at all stages from program designing to rollout between various teams, HODs, participants, managers, and key stakeholders. Moreover, you should have experience in vendor management and handling budgets when necessary. In terms of prerequisites, you should possess curiosity and willingness to learn, excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), interpersonal skills, the ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter, attention-to-detail, and be a team player. Proficiency in PowerPoint is also required for this role. Your required skills include Training Delivery, Training Content Development, and familiarity with learning & development processes. Supported skills such as Basic program management and Stakeholder Management are beneficial for this role.,
