Senior DotNet Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile .NET Developer with expertise in WPF, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated desktop and web applications. You will work on projects involving performance optimization, security, CRM customization, and full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain desktop applications using WPF, including UI design and data binding.Handle website and database security implementations to protect data integrity and prevent vulnerabilities.Manage performance for systems processing large volumes of data.Lead CRM projects involving customization with Silverlight and HTML5.Implement and manage the MVC architecture in .NET Core, establishing project flow and best practices.Handle MS SQL Server database design, optimize queries, and perform database maintenance.Develop web applications using ASP.NET 4.0+, MVC 4.5, Web API, JQuery, and AJAX.Participate in SDLC activities, from requirements gathering through programming, testing, and deployment.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues across desktop and web platforms.Conduct code reviews for team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and establish coding patterns for complex tasks.Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligning with their needs.Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring they remain robust, secure, and performant.Implement error handling and management strategies across applications.Contribute to team management and project planning activities.Work on high-risk, high-complexity areas by developing patterns and reusable components.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience developing WPF desktop applications.Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and full-stack web development.Solid understanding of Entity Framework 6+, LINQ, and SQL Server (2014+).Practical knowledge of HTML5, JQuery, AJAX.Hands-on experience with database design, optimization, and query tuning.Familiarity with critical security practices for websites and databases.Strong understanding of SDLC, error management, code reviews, and best practices.Ability to lead code reviews and mentor team members.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
