Role Overview: As the Oracle Health Patient Accounting team transitions into a modern cloud SaaS offering powered by AI/ML, you will lead the India engineering organization to drive the transformation of the core product offering. Your responsibilities will include overseeing application modernization, cloud integration, AI/ML expertise, healthcare transformation, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the modernization efforts of the Oracle Health Patient Accounting application, focusing on new user experiences and support for international markets. - Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and ensure seamless integration within the healthcare sector to meet the needs of our largest customers. - Utilize your expertise in AI/ML to advance the capabilities of the application, providing valuable insights and automating workflows for healthcare professionals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that transform the healthcare landscape. - Build and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to applying AI to healthcare, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
