As a Senior Digital Innovation Engineer at Buckman, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Customer Engagement (CE) platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance CRM capabilities and streamline business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE solutions based on business requirements. - Configure and customize entities, workflows, forms, and views within Dynamics CRM/CE. - Develop and implement plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with other systems. - Design, develop, test, implement, and support Dynamics-based solutions, focusing on Dynamics CRM and Field Services. - Create MSFT PowerApps applications leveraging Dynamics and/or Power platforms. - Develop integrations between Dynamics and other systems or applications. - Implement AI-Dynamics-related solutions like CoPilot. - Design and execute solutions for data migration, integration, and quality improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure solution quality and reliability. - Provide technical support and training to end-users. - Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE updates, releases, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-9 years of experience as a Dynamics CRM/CE Developer or similar role. - Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM/CE architecture, customization, and development tools (2-5 years). - Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL (3-6 years). - Experience with CRM integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and API development. - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE certifications are a plus.
