Senior DevOps Engineer - SAP BRIM Consultant

As a talented Senior DevOps Engineer - SAP BRIM, you will join the DHL IT Services Team to ensure the smooth operation of SAP Billing. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP BRIM as well as handling interface and integration issues. Your expertise in this role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP Billing. You will be expected to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and offer suitable system solutions. Additionally, you will work on interfaces, resolve intricate SAP BRIM and interface issues, and collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to address integration challenges. It will be your responsibility to uphold the integrity of billing and financial data, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and develop and maintain comprehensive documentation. Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of billing and financial operations. The ideal candidate for this position should possess 8-10 years of experience as an SAP BRIM Consultant with a strong background in Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Subscription Order Management, and Convergent Invoicing. You should have hands-on experience in both Implementation and Support projects, along with functional and technical expertise in BRIM. A good understanding of functional and technical areas, the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and proficiency in spoken and written English are essential requirements for this role.
