Description
We are seeking passionate and skilled DevOps Engineers to join our R&D team in co-developing a cutting-edge Cloud iPaaS platform, trusted by Fortune 100 companies for their mission-critical applications. Take end-to-end ownership of one or more cloud-native products, including automation for deployment, security, scaling, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
Design and implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and architectural components in collaboration with engineering and SRE teams.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support frequent, reliable, and secure deployments.
Champion security best practices conduct vulnerability scans, manage secrets, enforce encryption, and implement compliance standards.
Collaborate with cloud architects and development teams to design supportable, scalable solutions and troubleshoot production issues.
Manage and upgrade cloud infrastructure and maintain critical open-source frameworks supporting the application stack.
Author clear, concise documentation and internal knowledge base articles to support onboarding, troubleshooting, and customer enablement.
Continuously learn and experiment with emerging tools and technologies, demonstrating initiative and minimal need for supervision.
Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
Strong experience with AWS and Azure , along with deep understanding of Linux systems and distributions.
Solid hands-on knowledge of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) and OpenShift (ROSA, ARO ).
Proficient with Helm, ArgoCD , and Prometheus for application packaging, deployment, and monitoring.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform (strong plus).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks such as Chef, Ansible, or similar tools (strong plus). Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage.
Experience supporting multi-tenant SaaS platforms or cloud-native architectures.
Preferred technical and professional experience Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams.
