Senior DevOps Engineer for ABAP Cloud

Role Overview: At SAP, you will be a part of a team that helps the world run better. As a BTP ABAP Environment Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and overseeing the lifecycle management of ABAP Cloud systems. You will be working in the BTP ABAP Infrastructure Platforms team, setting up a new Operations team in Bangalore location. Your responsibilities will include working independently, coordinating with the global team in the USA & Germany, and mentoring future members of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the performance and oversee the lifecycle management of ABAP Cloud systems - Work independently and coordinate effectively with the global team in the USA & Germany - Mentor future members of the Operations team - Set up a new Operations team in Bangalore location Qualifications Required: - Experience in ABAP Cloud systems management - Ability to work independently and in a global team setting - Strong communication and coordination skills - Prior experience in mentoring team members Additional Details: The Infrastructure Platforms team at SAP is a key enabler of platform excellence within the SAP BTP ABAP unit.
