Senior Developer

The purpose of your role is to design, program, simulate, and test automation products or processes to achieve the required efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a key role in understanding software requirements, analyzing current technology architecture, formulating project plans, and contributing to the automation roadmap design and testing process improvements. Additionally, you will design and execute software development and reporting, ensuring readiness for the execution process, developing test cases/scenarios, and resolving complex technical design issues. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders, collaborating with Agile delivery teams, creating acceptance criteria, and developing strategies for continuous deployment practices. It is essential to maintain quality communication, documentation, and stay updated on industry standards. Your performance will be measured based on various parameters such as adherence to design, project plan, issue resolution, error-free deployment, documentation quality, and more. The mandatory skill required for this role is Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in the field.
