Senior Developer, SAP ABAP

As an SAP ABAP developer at Ralph Lauren Corporation, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and support solutions in production. You will work closely with the functional team to understand the requirements and independently develop the code based on the provided design. Communication with functionals to assist in designing solutions will also be a key part of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand and develop solutions as per the Functional document - Adhere to project timelines and work in an agile environment - Collaborate with functional teams, ABAP developers, and stakeholders to align business requirements with SAP solutions - Create and maintain detailed documentation for ABAP development, configurations, and technical solutions - Ability to communicate effectively and partner with multiple IT domains **Qualifications:** - 6+ years of relevant experience in an ABAP Developer role - Experience in at least two end-to-end implementation projects - Hands-on experience in OOPS Concepts - Good experience in enhancements and interfaces such as idocs and Proxies - Strong leadership skills to lead a team and handle projects independently **Technical Skills:** - Extensive experience in ABAP Development using ABAP Workbench, including ALE/IDOC, LSMW, BADIs, BDC, ALV SAP Forms, and Adobe form - Experience in designing, building, and working in SAP ECC systems with integration to other systems - Proficiency in working across multi-system/technology and integration scenarios with SAP systems - Previous experience in large transformation SAP programs, preferably with AFS - In-depth development experience for SAP functional core module SD with good understanding of data on master data, sales order, purchase order, delivery, billing, pricing in OTC, PTP & RTR areas - Extensive experience in all SAP RICEFW object development and code governance using various SAP tools - Ability to work in a global delivery model and support multiple projects on an aggressive timeline - Hands-on Experience on SAP S/4 HANA, including CDS Views, AMDP, Odata, and BRF+ - Experience in Workflow, SAP BTP, and RAP is a plus - Retail or AFS or SAP S/4 Fashion domain experience is preferred,
