Senior Developer - Pega Robotics

You should have a Bachelor's / masters degree in engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology. With at least 5 years of Development experience in core Technologies like .NET / Java. Additionally, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of PEGA Robotics development experience & PEGA BPM Integration. Excellent communication skills are essential. It would be advantageous to have experience working within an agile, continuous integration environment. A background or experience in the Banking & finance domain is desired. As a part of your roles & responsibilities, you will be hands-on involved in Development on PEGA Robotics Automation projects. This includes developing custom code using C# and Oracle PL/SQL scripting. You will also be responsible for integrating and deploying solutions in Robot Manager and PEGA BPM platform. Deployment and administration of BOTS in Azure cloud ecosystem, supporting production deployments on a monthly basis will be part of your tasks. Working in an Agile environment, you will ensure self-accountability for project delivery. Understanding the business process and enhancing the BOT performance by fine-tuning the BOT activities will be crucial. You will also be responsible for solving technical issues related to the RPA platform on VM environment, troubleshooting basic network, application, and access issues. Collaborating with IT management teams on changing Business and Usual (BAU) directives and advanced planning activities that affect the RPA team is expected. You will work with peers to address all RPA issues and ensure consistent uptime for all BOT (VM machines). Documenting all procedures related to RPA support and being accountable for every assigned task for fixing and delivering the right support is part of your responsibilities. You will also ensure that any automation delivered is registered in the Agency's Bot Registry upon release to Production. Developing and maintaining automated process documentation, as well as maintaining and modifying existing RPA Bot processes to enhance performance, correct errors/bugs, and adapt to new configurations will be crucial. Additionally, you will participate in the identification of new business processes that can benefit from the use of RPA solutions.,
