Senior Developer- Fullstack

You will be joining Fairdeal.Market, a rapidly growing B2B quick commerce company located in 67 Sector, Gurugram. The company is dedicated to offering a wide range of products with incredibly short delivery times, aiming to efficiently and sustainably fill every shopping bag worldwide. As a Full Stack Developer at Fairdeal.Market, your primary responsibility will involve contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of the company's web application. Your expertise in JavaScript and proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS) will be instrumental in driving the creation of new features and enhancements for the platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to ensuring an exceptional user experience while upholding high standards of code quality and performance. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications, developing user-facing features using ReactJS and modern frontend technologies, implementing server-side logic with NodeJS and ExpressJS, designing optimized database schemas with MongoDB, ensuring secure authentication and authorization features, writing clean and maintainable code following industry best practices, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, troubleshooting reported issues for a smooth application experience, and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends for continuous development process improvements. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, possess proven experience as a Full Stack Developer for at least 2 years with a robust portfolio of web applications built using the MERN stack, demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript with hands-on experience in ReactJS for front-end development, exhibit a strong understanding of server-side technologies like NodeJS and ExpressJS, have familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, understand RESTful API design and integration, be experienced in version control systems such as Git, showcase excellent teamwork and communication skills, and possess strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.,
