Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Developer (AEM Full Stack) at Rightpoint, a Genpact company, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing current operating platforms as well as integrating new applications into the network. You will collaborate with clients, solution consultants, architects, and other team members to develop components, templates, services, integrations, and other AEM enhancements. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing AEM software solutions to address complex business issues. You should be highly collaborative, motivated to share knowledge, and have expertise in AEM development. Key Responsibilities: - Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications - Define the scope of development and interact with clients - Write Sling models, Java servlets, and JavaScript code for client-side interaction - Integrate with API clients and create AEM component HTL - Implement markup and CSS from redlines and author dialog - Review application code, troubleshoot problems, and provide constructive feedback - Lead projects to extend and enhance the AEM platform Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of AEM implementation experience - Expertise with Apache Sling, Java Content Repository, OSGi, and Apache Felix - Ability to define components, dialogs, Sling Models, and architect Java services - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as SASS, HTL, and JavaScript Frameworks - Experience in defining, setting up, and configuring an AEM Dispatcher - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with customers - Computer Science degree or equivalent Additional Details: Rightpoint offers a range of benefits and perks including 30 paid leaves, public holidays, a casual and open office environment, flexible work schedule, family medical insurance, life insurance, accidental insurance, gratuity, bonuses, regular cultural and social events, continuous training, certifications, and learning opportunities.
