SENIOR DESIGNER

You will be responsible for creating designs that are of high quality, consistent, and align with the overall design vision of the project and customer needs. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with stakeholders to understand and refine design requirements, developing prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate design decisions, mentoring junior designers, sharing knowledge and expertise through training sessions and documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to align software design with overall project goals, and working with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high-quality standards. This position requires expertise in Domain Competencies (ERS) specifically in Labeling, Graphic Design & Art Work. Additionally, you should have a Skill Level 3 in Technical Skills (ERS) with a focus on Instructional Design/Illustration and Tools and Standards (ERS) in Web Development Tools such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. The role offers the opportunity to work on a team of 3 individuals and will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the design output meets the project objectives and exceeds customer expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively, think creatively, and adapt to changing requirements will be key to your success in this role.,
