Senior Designer - Brand Identity

As a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer at Studio Paperheads, you will be an integral part of our team of curious minds and sharp creatives. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key role in shaping bold ideas into strategic design solutions, while also mentoring junior designers and leading projects with clarity and vision. Responsibilities: - Design and deliver impactful brand identities and cohesive systems across diverse industries. - Lead creative thinking sessions, guiding a team from concept to execution. - Manage key clients and projects with confidence, clarity, and responsibility. - Support and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our work remains fresh and relevant. - Integrate motion graphics effectively into branding, digital content, and presentations. Qualifications: - 3-4 years of experience working at a reputed design studio or agency. - Proven track record of leading design teams or projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma. - Strong motion graphics skills with the ability to bring ideas to life dynamically. - Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney for creative exploration. - A bachelor's degree in a design-related field is mandatory.
