Senior Design Engineer Hydraulics (Water & Waste Water Projects)

You will be a Senior Design Engineer specializing in Hydraulics for Water & Waste Water Projects at our organization located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat State. Your main responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and assessing the Design Assignment Requirements - Planning Assignments within set Time Limit, ensuring Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction - Managing Client Communications & Response for Work Assignments - Leading and guiding the Team for Design Assignment Requirements - Developing the Team and fostering a positive working culture - Studying the Field Survey Information needed to achieve Design Objectives - Preparing Hydraulic Designs using Relevant Software / as per Design Requirements - Obtaining Approval on Design Assignments from relevant authority - Ensuring project targets are met for Design Assignments - Timely maintenance of DCI as per required formats - Coordinating with multi-disciplinary agencies to achieve targets promptly - Reviewing Engineering Drawings before submission - Upholding discipline and punctuality throughout your employment tenure - Establishing effective communication and reporting to the I.S. on issues requiring decisions from Client / Project team - Maintaining work etiquettes at all times during your employment tenure Candidates with Strong Fundamentals & Sound Technical Experience, along with those holding an M.Tech. in Water Resources, will be given priority. Qualifications and Experience required: - B.E./B.Tech. Civil M.E./M.Tech. Water Resources Engineering (Preferred) - Minimum 5 OR 5+ Years of Professional Experience You should possess good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and be an effective team player. The Annual Gross Salary/CTC ranges from Rs 6.00 to 12.00 Lac Per Annum, depending on your experience and capabilities.,
