Senior Delivery Lead- Technology

As a Senior Business Analyst at Bank of America, you will be responsible for delivering key strategic projects in the credit risk and regulatory risk space. Your role will involve engaging with the trading desk, business sponsors, and quants to ensure successful project delivery. Your contributions will be crucial in building, maintaining, and supporting sophisticated risk and valuation systems for production rollout. **Responsibilities:** - Perform complex analytics support for valuations, FO risk, and market risk - Enhance quantitative models in regulatory spaces such as FRTB, credit flow, and structured products - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure collective success - Refine and translate requirements into initiatives with Global Credit Technology and BA teams - Gather, document, and translate requirements for Business COO and Market Risk COOs - Translate business requirements into deliverables for PI planning with Technology teams - Validate and implement pricing, analytics, and market making models with Quants and research teams - Conduct back-testing and validate regulatory distributions - Assist Data Engineering Team in data connectivity and ingestion from trading venues - Collaborate with the enterprise team on sensitivities modeling for FRTB and other Regulatory priorities **Requirements:** - Education: BE/BTECH - Certifications: CFA/FRM - Experience Range: 13-16 years **Foundational Skills:** - Strong domain knowledge of fixed income products, including Credit and rates products - Develop relationships with Quant and Financial Engineering teams - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to improve production stability - Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and prioritize effectively **Desired Skills:** - Certifications like FRM, CFA, CQF with knowledge of quantitative models preferred - Knowledge of SQL and ETL tools like Power BI/Power Query or BI tools like 3Forge preferable The position is based in Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, or GIFT.
