Role & responsibilities: SENIOR DWH SPECIALIST: As a Senior Data Warehouse Specialist, you will play integral role in the devOps team, frequently exploring new requirements, designing, debating, refactoring, implementing solutions and continuously documenting in an ongoing effort to provide superior solutions to our clients. You will be working together with your colleagues and Solution Architects, for the development of our data warehouse & data products for our Data and Analytics Unit. The Finance & Risk team is seeking curious, creative and skilled technologist to join us. The role of Senior DWH specialist within the DNA domain is focused on DevOps profile with strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities , proficiency in coding , testing and debugging and deliver value in a collaborative working environment. This is a hands-on data engineering role where your knowledge/experience will be used for the Data Lake program within Organization. Work is performed within Organization in a virtualization environment and with the Hortonworks/Cloudera distribution of Hadoop. The team develops various mortgage-related products from different types of data sources to the Organization data lake and to data products using Informatica BDM , Pyspark and PowerBi tools. You will be part of an international team, with a great deal of expertise. A Bachelor's or Master's degree(preferably in Computer Science or another IT-related stream) A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Data Warehouse Specialist with developed technical , analytical and communication skills Relevant hands on experience on design and development ETL using Pyspark and Informatica BDM Broad technical knowledge of and experience with Hadoop technologies such as Hive, Spark, HDFS Knowledge of Scripting languages such as shell, python is a must with DevOps and knowledge of CI/CD Experience with MariaDB is a plus Experience with developing Reports and Dashboards using PowerBi is a plus At least 3 years of experience working in an agile scrum team is preferred . An agile mindset and being open to growing in agile work is a must. You should be willing to work in a T-shaped environment. Willing to take up tasks, roles and responsibilities apart from development. Preferably knowledge of or interest in Mortgages or Finance Domain. You like to deliver quality and work accurately, but are flexible enough to also deliver high-level results when it suits the goal You take responsibility for your work and like to contribute to the team goals
