As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and developing team leads and associates to ensure efficiency within the department. Your focus will be on ensuring customer and client satisfaction, along with maximizing team performance. You will hold regular one-on-ones and team meetings to contribute to team engagement. Additionally, you will actively manage performance by identifying training needs and providing post-training support.
