Senior Data Engineering Consultant

Role Overview: Radius Intelligent Automation and Intuita are establishing an Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) in Bangalore, India, in partnership to lead technical engineering projects and deliver sustainable data solutions. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and leading scalable data solutions using cloud-native technologies, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with clients to deliver best-in-class data solutions. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively, combined with deep technical skills in data engineering, will drive the success of engagements and build trusted relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design and lead delivery of scalable, sustainable data solutions using cloud-native technologies. - Own technical delivery across engagements and mentor junior engineers. - Champion CI/CD pipelines and engineering standards to maintain quality and velocity. - Lead data modelling activities and drive technical engagement with clients. - Identify opportunities to optimize client environments through innovation and automation. Qualification Required: - 6+ years of professional data engineering experience, including leading delivery within technical teams. - Strong ownership and accountability in technical delivery and client engagements. - Proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. - Ability to quickly understand client businesses and shape technical solutions in the right context. - Builds strong, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues and enjoys mentoring others. - Actively keeps up with industry trends and emerging technologies.
