Senior Data Engineer- Azure

As a Senior Data Engineer at XenonStack, specifically focusing on Azure, you will play a crucial role in designing and scaling cloud-native data platforms to facilitate enterprise AI adoption. Your responsibilities will involve leveraging Microsoft's data ecosystem to enable RAG pipelines, AI observability, and agent-ready data systems. Key Responsibilities: - Architect data pipelines utilizing Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks on Azure. - Oversee data lakes with ADLS Gen2 and enhance data warehouse workloads. - Implement streaming solutions using Event Hubs, Kafka, or Azure Stream Analytics. - Develop governance and lineage frameworks with Purview. - Collaborate with product teams to provide AI-ready datasets for Vision AI and AgentOps workflows. - Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with Azure Well-Architected practices. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in data engineering with a minimum of 3 years in Azure data services. - Proficient in Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks. - Strong expertise in PySpark, SQL, Python/Scala. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, Terraform). - Knowledge of ML/AI data workflows and compliance-driven environments. - Azure Data Engineer Associate or Architect certification preferred.
