Senior Data Center Consultant

As a Senior Data Center Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 5+ years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to lead the design and architecture of scalable and resilient data center solutions. You will be required to implement best practices for high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery. Your expertise in Cisco's data center portfolio, including ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure), NX-OS, and technologies like Nutanix and DNA Center (DNAC) will be crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of these solutions into the existing data center components. Specifically, you will be tasked with designing, deploying, and managing Cisco ACI solutions, configuring and managing Cisco Nexus switches running NX-OS, integrating Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure solutions, and implementing and managing Cisco DNA Center for network automation and assurance. Your familiarity with storage technologies such as SAN and NAS solutions, along with experience in using Cisco MDS switches for Fibre Channel storage networking, will be highly beneficial in this role. Your technical skill set should include expertise in designing and implementing Cisco ACI fabrics, proficiency in using ACI for automated network provisioning, configuration and management of Cisco Nexus switches running NX-OS, knowledge of VXLAN and other data center networking protocols, implementation and optimization of Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure, configuration and administration of Cisco DNA Center, and understanding of SAN and NAS storage solutions. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Data Center or equivalent certification is preferred. You should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in data center design and implementation, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also essential for success in this role.,
