Senior Data Analyst(SQL, Python)

As a Data Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in solving complex data problems and building efficient data pipelines. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Crafting complex SQL queries and stored procedures for analytics and reporting - Building robust Python scripts for automation, file handling, data cleanup, and transformation using Pandas/NumPy - Designing and managing scalable relational database schemas - Applying basic data modeling (star/snowflake) to support reporting needs - Optimizing performance of queries and scripts on large datasets - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions - Documenting processes for transparency and reuse To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills: - Advanced SQL knowledge including joins, window functions, stored procedures, and tuning - Proficiency in Python scripting for file I/O, string manipulation, exceptions, and data wrangling - Strong grasp of relational DB design and performance optimization - Basic understanding of data modeling concepts - Sharp problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders Additionally, the following skills would be beneficial: - Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake - Familiarity with Big data platforms - Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines - Understanding of ETL/ELT workflows If you have 4 to 8 years of experience, a strong command of SQL, Python, and relational databases, and are excited about collaborating across teams to tackle challenging data problems, this role is perfect for you.,
