Senior Counselor, Study Visa Location: Ludhiana Experience: 3 + Years Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic/virtual counseling sessions to understand student aspirations and profiles Advise students on university and program selection based on their academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals Provide expert guidance on visa processes and application requirements Assist students throughout their study abroad journey, from application to enrolment Ensure a tailored, high-quality experience to help students achieve their international education dreams Skills Required Proven experience in study abroad counseling or related fields Strong knowledge of global education systems, university admissions, and visa processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual/telephonic counseling Ability to assess student profiles and recommend best-fit programs Detail-orientation with a commitment to exceptional student support Qualifications and Experience: Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in study visa Counseling Experience 3+ years Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Visa Counseling: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
