As a Senior Consulting Analyst at Amadeus, you will be part of the Seating Customer Services feature team, where your primary responsibilities will include: - Supporting implementation teams during projects to ensure the smooth implementation of seating features without disrupting Production. - Handling post-implementation Customer Requests to ensure that airline requests align with their seating policy. - Assisting in the industrialization of seating features to make implementations faster, better, and simpler. - Providing customized services to Seating customers by evaluating their specific needs and constraints. - Contributing to strengthening and promoting the Professional Services offer to maximize the value for customers. - Documenting and sharing knowledge on airline information, strategy, and feature usage for each project.
