About The Role :
Master Data Management Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate the current data management practices and systemsDesign and recommend MDM strategies and solutions that align with the organization's goalsDevelop project plans, timelines, and requirements for implementing MDM systemsIntegrate data from various sources ensuring consistency and accuracyDevelop and implement data synchronization techniques across multiple platformsImplement data quality management practices to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the dataDefine data quality metrics and establish processes for ongoing data quality improvementCollaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data standards and policiesAssist in the development of data governance frameworks and documentationWork with business and IT stakeholders to understand their data needs and challengesConfigure and customize MDM tools and systems as per the organizational requirementsProvide technical support during and after the implementation phaseMonitor system performance and make adjustments as needed to enhance functionalityResponsible for delivery of technical activities for the projects on scheduleLead and mentor a team of developers and provide technical support to the teamCollaborates with technical team to configure/adjust technologies to optimise workflowsDaily connect with project teams to assess the progress and direct them towards deadlineInvolve in customer meetings for requirements gathering, design discussions, task scheduling, progress updates, etc.,Develop and maintain project technical scripts and componentsDefines Technical specific tasks and sub-tasksIdentifies and manages resolution of technical issuesExperience & Skills:
7+ years of experience in delivering the technical solution to the customersProven experience in data management, data integration, or a similar roleStrong understanding of MDM principles, technologies, and toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with data quality tools and methodologiesKnowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirementsPreferred Skills:Certifications in MDM technologies or data managementMust have experience in Microsoft Data Services (MDS) toolExperience with specific MDM tools like Informatica, SAP MDG, Oracle MDM, etc.,Promotes honest & candidness within the project teamBe open to learning opportunities

Provide consulting leadership to accounts " Generating growth and integration across the consulting services, growing client relationship profile and supporting the achievement of the Wipro-wide account objectives" Support GCG Account Lead/Account team to grow consulting service portfolio " Number & $ value of consulting deals in the account supportedGrow the consulting talent " Grow skills and capabilities to deliver consulting engagements in new industries, business themes, frameworks, technologies " Self Development - Min 32 hrs on training in a year.
