Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant/Consultant Technology Consultant (Service Now) at EY, your role will involve utilizing your 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM Solutions. You will define technical solutions aligned with business problems and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices at an architectural and design level of detail. Acting as the primary technical point-of-contact for projects and representing the development team will be key responsibilities. Supporting current Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Vendor Risk Management configurations and business processes, documenting current and proposing future process flows, and converting Business Requirements into Technical Solutions will be part of your role. Additionally, you will utilize your knowledge on Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response, as well as experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation. Identifying gaps in the existing environment and proposing easily maintainable solutions will also be expected. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM Solutions, including domain separation, integration, and performance analytics (Secops). - Define technical solutions aligned with business problems and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices at an architectural and design level of detail. - Act as the primary technical point-of-contact for projects and represent the development team. - Support current Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Vendor Risk Management configurations and business processes. - Document current and propose future process flows, converting Business Requirements into Technical Solutions. - Utilize knowledge on Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response, as well as experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Integrations, with Service Portal and Workspace experience considered a plus. - Identify gaps in the existing environment and propose easily maintainable solutions. Qualification Required: - Work experience in Service Now - GRC/IRM and Secops - Development and Implementation (End to End) in at least 1 project. - Excellent domain and functional knowledge, strong communication skills, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills for direct interaction with business stakeholders. - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, along with effective time-management skills. - Collaboration skills as a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Desired Qualifications: - Graduate with B.E/B.Tech with a minimum of 4 years of work experience. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with presentation-making abilities.,
