Senior Consultant - Tableau

As a Senior/Consultant specializing in Tableau, your primary role will involve collaborating with both business and IT teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding the business requirements and questions that need to be addressed - Collaborating with clients to define KPIs and data sources - Designing visuals and key KPIs to expedite insights - Creating and aligning on mock-ups - Executing data extraction and transformation processes to generate the necessary dataset for dashboards - Developing dashboards based on finalized mock-ups and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Incorporating feedback from business users to produce the final solution - Automating the data refresh process using transformation tools - Conducting workshops and providing user training to drive solution adoption - Implementing Tableau Desktop & Server, including establishing live connections with databases such as SAP, SQL, Hadoop, etc. - Managing client relationships effectively - Demonstrating problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills Desired Work Experience & Qualifications: - A minimum of 9 years of experience in Tableau and Business consulting - Extensive experience in Tableau Projects encompassing the complete lifecycle (e.g., requirement gathering, data modeling/scripting, development, and testing) - Familiarity with data transformation tools like Alteryx, KNIME, SQL, Hive is advantageous - Previous exposure to the CPG/FMCG/FP&A domain Key Skills Required: Tableau, SQL, Dashboarding, Data Modeling, Storytelling Candidates who are available to commence work immediately or within the next 30 days are particularly encouraged to apply.
