Senior Consultant (Oracle Forms Developer)

As a Senior Consultant (Oracle Forms Developer) at Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS), your role involves designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Forms and Reports applications. You will work closely with business analysts and other developers to ensure the functionality and performance of critical enterprise applications. Your responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, testing, and deploying Oracle Forms and Reports applications. - Maintaining and enhancing existing Oracle Forms/Reports systems. - Writing and optimizing PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages. - Troubleshooting and resolving performance, functionality, and data integrity issues. - Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards. - Working closely with QA, business analysts, and end-users to ensure proper application functionality. - Migrating and upgrading Forms applications (e.g., from 10g/11g to 12c or 14c). - Integrating Forms applications with WebLogic Server and other middleware components. - Maintaining documentation related to software design and implementation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong experience with Oracle Forms and Reports (10g/11g/12c/14c). - Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL development. - Experience with Oracle Database 11g/12c/19c. - Knowledge of WebLogic Server configuration and deployment. - Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide technical solutions. - Good problem-solving and communication skills.
