Job Description

As a candidate for the position of Generative AI Solution Developer at the company, your responsibilities will include: - Customizing, enhancing, and implementing Generative AI solutions using Infosys and Industry standard tools and platforms. - Building MCP and Agentic based solutions using various frameworks. - Employing prompt engineering techniques to evaluate model behavior under various input conditions and refining prompts for better accuracy and desired results. - Testing AI applications using tools and capturing standard and custom metrics. - Staying up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and testing methodologies. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure prompts align with company objectives and user experience. - Identifying and reporting bugs, performance bottlenecks, and safety issues. For this role, the qualifications required are: - Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent. - 5-9 years of experience in Data Science, AI, ML, and Generative AI area using any programming or scripting languages. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in Python development or any other language used for Data Science or AI ML. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exploring and evaluating new technologies and tools to improve development processes. - Contributing to the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Hands-on experience in Generative AI based solution implementation. Please note that the company is located in PAN India and the notice period for this position is 0-60 days, with immediate joiners being preferred.,
