Key Responsibilities: - Supervise onshore construction projects to meet time, budget, and quality objectives - Collaborate with discipline supervision and subcontractors to create Construction Execution Plans - Develop comprehensive construction execution plans, covering site preparation, equipment installation, and commissioning - Conduct regular site visits for progress monitoring and issue identification - Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and quality requirements - Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring safety, quality, and contractual obligations - Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies - Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for design and material adherence - Lead project closeout activities, including punch list completion and turnover - Drive safety protocols and procedures implementation for a secure work environment on EPCI project sites Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field - 5 to 7 years of onshore construction experience, focusing on EPCI projects - Profound knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and materials in the oil and gas industry - Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications - Strong communication and leadership skills for effective team and stakeholder management - Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project - Certifications in project management, safety, or relevant areas are advantageous,
