Senior Claims Process Executive - Voice Process - Night Shift - BPO

As a Senior Process Executive at our BPO specializing in US healthcare, you will be an integral part of our team based in Chennai. We are looking for candidates with a Diploma or any graduate degree who have 2-3 years of experience in a US-based BPO or US healthcare insurance industry, or a similar field. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Windows applications is necessary for this role. Your responsibilities will include working night shifts and handling data entry tasks while engaging in conversations with client contacts and insurance companies. Strong verbal communication skills are essential, along with fast and accurate typing abilities. You must be capable of multitasking effectively and communicating professionally via phone, email, and fax with external parties. This is a full-time, permanent position with night shift hours. Health insurance benefits are provided, and candidates residing in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, are preferred.
