Senior Category Manager-Accessories

As a Senior Category Manager for Accessories (Luxe & Emerging Brands), your role will involve leading the luxury and homegrown accessories category. This includes onboarding top emerging brands, optimizing assortment, and driving growth across jewelry, bags, belts, and more. You will be responsible for owning the category strategy, financial performance, and enhancing the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding luxury and online-first accessory brands. - Developing and implementing category growth plans. - Enhancing assortment depth and relevance. - Monitoring trends to influence selection and sales. - Achieving key metrics such as Conversion, NPS, GMV/NMV, returns, and onboarding scale. - Managing financial outcomes including NMV, margins, and AMOP. - Collaborating with marketing, supply chain, finance, and UI/UX teams to improve performance.
