looking for the Senior Captain is responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, training staff, and coordinating with kitchen and bar teams. For our new opening 4*classified property in Kudayathoor, thodupuzha, idukki( trading as a Malankara Palace-Lake view resort and Spa). This role acts as the key shift leader and ensures smooth and efficient dining operations at all times.
