We're looking for a sales leader who doesn't just identify opportunities but converts them into revenue, relationships and long-term business success.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Business Growth: Drive new client acquisition, enterprise sales and revenue growth across India and US markets.
• Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor and manage business development teams, driving KPIs, sales targets and performance.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build corporate networks, technology alliances, vendor partnerships and relationships with enterprise decision-makers.
• Enterprise Sales: Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and client engagement to proposals, negotiations and closures.
• Solution Selling: Position SASS Innovations' IT capabilities to address client business and technology requirements.
• Sales Governance: Own revenue forecasts, sales pipelines, account development and CRM reporting.

2. Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15+ years of experience in B2B IT Services Sales, Enterprise Solutions or Technology Consulting.
• Proven record of achieving revenue targets, acquiring enterprise clients and closing high-value deals.
• Strong experience managing sales teams and driving measurable business results.
• Established corporate network with experience in strategic partnerships, alliances and vendor development.
• Business development exposure across India and US/North American markets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, consultative selling and CXO-level engagement.

3. Technology Capabilities

Candidates should have sales exposure to one or more of the following:

• Enterprise Integration – EDI/B2B, IBM Sterling, Boomi, Oracle OIC, APIs
• Data Analytics, AI/ML and Intelligent Automation
• Cloud Services and Application Modernization
• Managed IT Services and Enterprise Application Support
• IT Consulting, Workforce Solutions and Staff Augmentation
