Senior Business Development Manager – IT Services

- Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline for IT services.

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify potential clients requiring web development, mobile applications, and custom software solutions.

- Promote digital transformation services and enterprise technology solutions.

- Generate opportunities for application modernization, legacy system migration, and technology upgrades.

- Develop business opportunities for staff augmentation and IT resource outsourcing.

- Build relationships with CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, founders, and other decision-makers.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, requirement gathering, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.

- Conduct client presentations, discovery calls, and business meetings.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements in coordination with technical teams.

- Develop strategic partnerships and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities.

- Manage CRM activities, sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting.

- Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

- Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful client onboarding and project execution.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
