Senior Business Analyst - LoanIQ

As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Loan IQ, you will be responsible for operational knowledge of Loan IQ and complex lending businesses, particularly project/export finance structures. Your primary tasks will include eliciting business requirements from various stakeholders, modeling and documenting clear business and functional requirements, and defining accounting mapping for commercial lending activities. You will work closely with development teams to implement required enhancements/changes based on functional specifications. Additionally, you will create test plans and scripts, manage scope and requirements throughout the project lifecycle, provide training for end-users, and configure the application to meet business requirements. Your role will also involve handling data migration or integration projects, merging existing workflows, and delivering quality specifications that are well understood by both business and development teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proven experience in an IT development environment with a focus on Loan IQ, and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to management, key stakeholders, and project team members.
