Senior Business Analyst & Data Analytics-Assistant Vice President

Role Overview: As a Data Analytics Senior Analyst at our company, you will be a seasoned professional contributing to the development of new techniques and processes in the data analytics field. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating subject matter knowledge and industry expertise to drive business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes in data analytics. - Coordinate and contribute to data science initiatives and overall business objectives by leveraging your understanding of collective integration within the sub-function. - Assume leadership roles by coaching and training new recruits, influencing decisions, and impacting team performance. - Conduct strategic data analysis, identify insights, make recommendations, and develop data displays to communicate complex analysis effectively. - Mine and analyze data from banking platforms to optimize and enhance data quality. - Deliver analytics initiatives to address business problems, identify required data, assess time & effort, and establish project plans. - Consult with business clients to identify system functional specifications, evaluate business processes, and recommend solutions. - Lead system change processes, provide user support, and ensure quality work delivery. - Drive communication between business leaders and IT, assessing risks and impacts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in statistical modeling of large data sets. - Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques. - Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
