As an experienced Graphic Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a proven track record of creating high-performing ads for social media platforms, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of leading brands in the digital landscape. Your exceptional design skills and deep understanding of digital marketing trends will be instrumental in translating brand identities into visually engaging content. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and designing visually compelling ads, images, gifs, and videos for social media platforms while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies to create impactful design solutions. It will be essential for you to conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to inform design decisions and optimize ad performance. You will be expected to manage multiple projects from concept to completion, delivering engaging sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive customer engagement. Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation, you will generate innovative design concepts and campaign ideas. Additionally, providing creative direction and guidance to junior designers or external contractors when necessary will be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design. Your strong portfolio should showcase expertise in creating impactful social media ads and digital marketing assets. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software, along with the ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize ad performance, will be crucial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, are desired qualities. A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions will thrive in this role. Previous experience in a marketing agency or in-house marketing team is preferred, and knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion graphics, and video editing would be advantageous.
