Senior BIM Modeler Electrical

As an MEP Revit Modeler within the WSP in India in the Noida office, your role is to provide CAD/BIM support to engineering projects by producing BIM models and detailed engineering designs and construction drawings. You will be actively involved in multiple projects simultaneously, reporting to the Team leader in Project functionally and to the Line manager operationally. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare MEP 3D BIM coordinated models - Perform clash detection and resolution - Develop Parametric BIM Families - Offer specialist support to design teams for analysis and design models - Assist design and bid teams in creating 3D visualizations - Aid design and bid teams in developing 4D models/visualizations - Generate quantities for Bill of Quantities from the 3D model **Key Competencies / Skills:** - Proficiency in BIM MEP, AutoCAD (2D and 3D), and Navisworks is essential - Experience with Autodesk 3ds MAX, MS Excel, and MS Word is desirable - Good English communication skills - Ability to collaborate with senior colleagues - Computer literacy - Valid passport for potential secondment to the UK - Working knowledge of Windows environments, word processing, spreadsheets, email, web-enabled applications, and database software - Capacity to plan and manage workload - Lateral thinking skills - Understanding of personal and software limitations **Desired Skills:** - Knowledge of Health & Safety practices - Track record in training days, utilization, client feedback, work accuracy, meeting deadlines, and achieving business objectives **Qualifications:** - Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred along with Draughting qualifications - At least 8 years of production experience in design, drafting, and engineering, with significant experience in a similar role or a proven track record of success,
