Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preparation of cable schedule and cable tray calculation and execute cable tray in BIM accordingly as per approved cable schedule and cable tray calculation
Preparation of lighting shop drawing with KNX & Dali looping
Preparation of small power shop drawing
Preparation of earthing and lightning system
Preparation of equipment layout as per approved MAS
Coordination with client for shop drawing and BIM model review
Managing a BIM team of 2-3 resource and executing the project as per timeline and requirement assigned by the client
Strong experience on Revit MEP mainly in electrical
Develop MEP BIM Model including 3D coordination on Revit/ Navisworks
Preparation of Revit based family
Understanding of BIM Template , processes and BIM Execution Plan
Experience on US and Gulf (Middle East ) Project Preferred
