Senior Backend Engineer(NodeJS)

Role Overview: You will be joining Transond Systems as a Senior Backend Engineer with MERN stack expertise and strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) skills. Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for multi-tenant microservices platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for multi-tenant platforms. - Build microservices following cloud-native architecture principles and industry best practices. - Implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and integrations with external systems. - Collaborate with frontend, data, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration. - Apply security measures, multi-tenant data isolation, and performance optimization practices. - Optimize backend performance using Redis or other caching frameworks, efficient database queries, and data handling. - Architect transactional vs analytical data segregation to support multi-tenant workloads. - Utilize advanced DSA expertise for algorithmically efficient solutions, data structures, and system-level optimizations. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers. Qualification Required: - 5-8 years of backend development experience, preferably in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). - Strong familiarity with microservices architecture principles and ability to implement them. - High expertise in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) for scalable and high-performance systems. - Experience with Redis or other caching frameworks for performance optimization. - Proven ability to segregate transactional and analytical data in multi-tenant environments. - Hands-on experience with API design, messaging queues, event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT). - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices. - Expertise in database design, optimization, and scaling (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar). - Experience with security best practices: authentication, authorization, and data isolation.
