Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join our IT team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance backend systems. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust APIs, microservices, and data management layers that drive our products. As a senior team member, you will be expected to provide technical leadership, uphold best practices, and offer guidance to your colleagues. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance CRM backend systems and services. This will involve building and utilizing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints, as well as optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, frontend, DevOps, and QA, will be essential. Your role will also entail writing clean, maintainable, and testable code in adherence to best practices, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and managing database schemas, crafting efficient queries (SQL/NoSQL), working with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), as well as contributing to system architecture design and decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-3+ years of experience in backend development. Proficiency in languages such as PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or Ruby is required. Strong expertise in relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), API design, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and microservice architecture is essential. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure, as well as experience in unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD), are also necessary. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills will be advantageous.
