Senior AWS Python Backend Developer

As a Senior AWS Python Backend Developer, your role will be part of the Senior Cloud Platform Engineer team, where you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions to enable cloud adoption and automation. This includes building libraries, patterns, standards, governance, and deploying everything via code (Infrastructure as Code). You should have a strong hands-on experience with Cloud Components and services, along with a development mindset and a deep understanding of Coding, CI/CD, SDLC, Agile concepts, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS components and services such as Lambda function, SQS, SNS, Step Function, DynamoDB, IAM, S3, API Gateway - Proficiency in development, particularly in AWS CDK (good to know)/serverless framework and Python programming - Familiarity with ECR & ECS (good to know) - Ability to write Python unit test cases using PYtest - Capable of working as an individual contributor, leading solutions, and mentoring the team Qualifications Required: - Graduate with a Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) - AWS Developer Associate certification (good to have) - AWS Certified Architect certification (good to have) In addition to the technical skills, you are expected to have a strong understanding of the Cloud ecosystem, a development mindset, and be an adopter of best practices. Being a quick learner, troubleshooter, team player, and collaborator is essential for this role. Your reporting relationship will be to the Cloud Program Manager.
