Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using Java and Selenium.
Perform manual, functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate new features and enhancements.
Analyze, track, and report defects, coordinating with the development team for timely closure.
Develop and enhance automation frameworks and ensure smooth execution of automated test suites.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA leads to maintain quality standards throughout the SDLC.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and automation strategies.
Work with CI/CD tools such as Maven, Git/SVN, Jenkins, and JIRA for seamless integration and delivery.
Mentor junior QA team members and manage testing deliverables independently.
